Isn’t this the cutest card? This stamp set is my most favorite stamp set that I have currently and I waited a whole year to get it, so worth the wait.
The design is not my design I actually got this from Kay Kalthoff at Stamping to Share . I would like to thank Kay for sharing her video and inspiring me to make this card and share it with all of you. So without further ado here is the video.
This Little Piggy Wiper Card

Welcome to my first actual crafting tutorial where I am going to be showing you how I make these adorable layered embellishments from my paper, lace, ribbon and cloth scraps, ephemera pieces, and any other left over project pieces.
This is not my original idea I actually got this idea from Jessica Rapp who has a YouTube channel that I found about a week and a half ago and have been addicted to ever since. She also has an Etsy shop called twosilveroranges where she sells some of the most beautiful junk journals. All her stuff is vintage and vintage looking, so if you like that kind of stuff, like me, then be sure to check her out.
So please enjoy this video and be sure to leave a comment below. I would love to hear from you.
Sorry about the muffled sound and blurriness of the video. I did not realize while I was recording this that I did not have my laptop plugged in and the battery was low, oops!
I would like to make another video when I create my little banner embellishments using my Stampin’ Up stash, stamps and ribbon. Let me know if that is something you might be interested in.
Have a great Tuesday everyone!

Everyone knows a guy and that guy has a birthday every year and you need a card to give him. So here in is the class to make a special hand made card just for him, plus have a few extras.
Below is a photo of the cards we will be making in class.
The two cards on the right were inspired by photos I found on Pinterest. The jacket and bow tie card was inspired by Crafty Ola be sure to check out this video she makes 10 different cards and takes you through each step. The blue card on the upper right side was inspired by Ellen Woodbridge she is also an Independent Stampin’ Up Demonstrator and she is from Australia. So if you are in Australia and looking for some classes or need a Demonstrator, Ellen is available and would be a good choice (just check out her work…awesome!).
The other two cards are my design and the bottom left, black and green card, is also a gift card holder.
So if you are interested in more information about this class and to sign up please go to my Stampin’ Up Calendar and follow the instructions there to sign up by April 11, 2018. Or contact me here by leaving a comment or call me at the number listed on my Stampin’ Up Calendar contact page.
I will be posting more classes and workshops on my calendar within the next few days so be sure to check it regularly if you are interested in attending either. If you would like to host a class or workshop to earn hostess rewards from Stampin’ Up and GSB (Ginger Street Boutique) rewards from me, then please contact me for more information and lets get the party started.
In the future (hopefully starting in June) I would like to host a twice a week video tutorial for you to follow at home. I’m not sure if I will post them both on here or if I will do one on here and the other one on YouTube that will be determined once I get a little further along in my process. Either way I will let you all know here when and where you can view the videos, and any other specifics that may pop up in the process.
Thank you all for stopping by and I hope that you have a great rest of your week and weekend.

I had hoped to get this post out Saturday evening after our card class, but you know how that goes….life gets in the way. So you still have a day before Valentine’s to whip up a quick card and here are a few samples if you would like to copy them.
I got the Bloomin’ Hearts thinlit die cut card (top left corner with butterfly) idea from Carol McCarron at A Crafty Cat . Originally I found a picture of this card on Pinterest and just copied the picture, then before I wrote this I found the picture again and followed her link. For your convenience I included her link so that you can go check out her other very pretty card just like this only with a little bird instead of a butterfly. She is a very talented lady.
The other two cards are my idea’s. I really like the “Love” card I think that card is one of my better ideas yet. The coffee cup one…I don’t know, I really struggled with that one.
Now this next card is one that we made as well, on a request from one of the ladies that wanted to learn how to make the box card. I think this one is so cute and we had so much fun with the coloring and decorating. I think one day I am going to just host an adult coloring day, because it was so relaxing and fun just chatting and coloring with other creative people. Anywho, here is the box card that we made.
This is not a Stampin’ Up stamp set it is from Art Impressions/Hampton Art. The paper is from a retired Stampin’ Up DSP collection, and the card stock is also retired it’s called Blackberry Bliss. My husband drew the little wine glass and wine bottle you see on the front flap and on the back, and then printed them all out for me to fussy cut enough for each kit.
Don’t these lovely ladies look like they are having fun? I really love this stamp set. I am not a big wine drinker (maybe a glass or two, once or twice a month) but I love everything wine related. Weird, I know, but that’s how I roll….LOL!
Ok, time to go I am getting delirious from sleep deprivation (it is half an hour past my bedtime). Goodnight all!
Here are samples of three of the cards that we will make in our card class January 13, 2018. Each of these cards is made using stamps and/or cardstock from the New Occasions and Sale-A-Bration catalogs.

Here we all are our first day of the Big Tin Gin Vintage and Repurposed Market for the month of November.
Today has been a beautiful day, the weather has been just perfect and so far we have met a lot of wonderful people. All our booth neighbors are back so we have had fun catching up because a lot of business has happened over the last three weeks since we were all here last. Below are a few pictures of my booth from this morning.
Last night as I was packing things up it looked like I had enough of everything to last all three days but now that the day is winding up it looks like I will be very busy tonight making a bunch more of just about everything (or at least cutting stuff up and putting them together here tomorrow). I have enjoyed seeing the smiles on the faces of everyone that bought items from me today and hearing the stories of who they were planning on giving there purchases to or how they were going to use them.
Well time to close up shop so I must go.
Last week I was busy working on my first order that I received from my weekend at The Big Tin Cotton Gin. This week I will be working on another order and also prepping for the next show November 17 – 19. It’s only a couple weeks away and so now is the crunch time for making all my Christmas items and rearranging my booth to accommodate all the new stuff. This is the first year that I have done anything like this and I am loving the whole vibe that you get from being around so many other creative/artistic people. I plan to take a lot more photo’s at the next show so that I can share the experience with all of you.
Here are a few pictures of my booth from this month and the items that I had.
I will be having more Christmas items for the next show and a lot more stocking stuffer type items.
If you have any ideas or suggestions for items I should have in my booth please comment or email me I would appreciate all feedback I can get.
Thank you all for following me and putting up with all these long in between lulls with my posts. When I get in a zone I kinda tune out the rest of the world and only focus on the task at hand, I even neglect my poor husband and our cats of my attention. Although I’m sure my husband doesn’t mind the quiet during my “creative times”.
Below is a picture of just a few of the cute little trio nugget boxes I made for this last weeks order.
This is not my original design for these little boxes I actually got the design and instructions from Julie DiMatteo at The Paper Pixie. She is also an Independent Stampin’ Up Demonstrator and she has a lot of really cute gift box ideas. I really like her instruction videos because she takes you step by step and makes it very simple and easy to follow (I like simple and easy). Be sure to check out her new 2017 cute Christmas gift box ideas.
Have a great week!
P.S. Everyone that stops by my booth at The Big Tin Cotton Gin November 17-19, and says hi will receive a free gift from me.
